1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Norg by Lyntech Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Norg is an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to automate customer conversations on Facebook Messenger. The Service includes AI auto-reply, product catalog management, comment-to-DM automation, promotional campaigns, and analytics.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One account per business entity. Multiple accounts for the same business are not permitted.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
- The Service offers a 14-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required.
- Subscription plans (Starter, Negosyo, Negosyo Pro) are billed based on the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual).
- Invoices are generated automatically and payment is due within 7 days.
- Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date will result in automatic suspension of your chatbot.
- Service will be resumed upon payment confirmation.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Distribute malware or engage in phishing activities.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or their customers.
- Violate Meta's Platform Terms or Messenger policies.
6. Content and Data
- You retain ownership of all content you upload (knowledge base, products, images).
- You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not violate third-party rights.
- We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.
7. AI-Generated Responses
- The chatbot uses AI to generate responses based on your knowledge base and product catalog.
- AI responses may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of your knowledge base.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from AI-generated responses.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
9. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyntech Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
