We built Norg to take work off your hands — not to lock you into a subscription you're unsure about. So here's our promise, in plain words: you should never pay for Norg until you've seen it work for your own business, and even then, your first month is on us if it isn't right for you.
Every new business gets full access to Norg for 14 days, completely free. No credit card is required, and nothing is charged during the trial. If Norg isn't for you, you don't need to do anything. Your trial simply ends and you are never billed. There is no cancellation step and no charge to reverse — because there was never a charge to begin with.
When your trial ends, we generate your first invoice for the plan you chose. From the day you make that first payment, you are covered by our Sulit o Sauli guarantee for 30 full days.
If you don't feel Norg was worth it within those 30 days, message us and we'll refund your entire first payment. No questions, no forms, no “why are you leaving” survey.
Norg is billed month to month. There is no contract, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee. You can cancel whenever you like, and you simply won't be billed again.
Because billing is monthly, the most you ever have at risk is a single month — and Sulit o Sauli covers your first one in full. For months beyond your first that you have already used and paid for, we don't issue refunds, but you are always free to cancel before your next billing date so you are never charged for a month you don't want.
Claiming a refund takes one message. Email us at support@hellonorg.com — or simply reply to any Norg email — within 30 days of your first payment, and let us know you'd like a refund. That's all we need from you.
We'll return your full first payment to your original GCash, Maya, or bank account within 5 business days of your request.
Honestly? Because we're confident. Once you've seen Norg reply to a customer's “Magkano po?” at 2 AM, in natural Taglish, while you were fast asleep — we don't think you'll want to go back to doing it yourself. The only way to know for sure is to try it with zero risk. So that's exactly what we're giving you.
