1. Welcome to the Partner Program

This is the agreement between you — our affiliate partner — and Hello Norg. We've written it in plain language, because a partnership built on trust shouldn't hide behind fine print.

The idea is simple: you recommend Norg to fellow business owners, and when they become paying customers, you earn a recurring share of what they pay — for as long as the terms below provide. We'd rather reward the people who genuinely help other sellers than spend that money on ads.

By joining the program and using your referral link, you agree to these terms.

2. Who Can Join

• Open to individuals and businesses aged 18 or older.
• One partner account per person or business.
• You'll need a valid GCash, Maya, or bank account to receive payouts.
• You don't have to be a Norg customer to join — but many of our best partners are.
• Two tiers exist: Partner (open to everyone) and Inner Circle (by invitation). Everyone starts as a Partner.

3. How You Earn

“Recurring” means you earn on every monthly payment your referral makes — not just their first one.

• Partner tier— 30% of each monthly payment, for up to 12 monthly payments per referred customer. The 12-month count starts from that customer's first paid month.
• Inner Circle tier — 40% of each monthly payment, for the entire life of the subscription, with no 12-month cap, for as long as the customer stays subscribed.
• Annual plans — if a referral pays for a year at once, your commission is calculated on that payment at the same percentage and covers the equivalent period.
• Your rate is locked per referralat the time that customer converts — future program changes won't lower it for referrals you've already made.

4. When a Referral Counts

• You receive a unique referral link when you join.
• 60-day tracking. A referral is credited to you when someone clicks your link and signs up within 60 days of that click.
• Last click wins.If a customer clicks more than one partner's link, the most recent link before sign-up gets the credit.
• The referred customer must be new to Norg.
• No self-referrals.You can't refer your own accounts or businesses. You're very welcome to use Norg yourself — just not as a referral.

5. When Your Commission Is Confirmed and Paid

How a commission moves

Pending (customer has paid, still within a refund window) → Approved (confirmed and ready to pay) → Paid → Reversed (refunded or charged back).

Payout schedule

• Monthly payouts.Approved commissions are paid in the next monthly payout run after they're approved. Your first commission per referral is approved as soon as its 30-day window clears, so it's ready for the very next payout run — you won't wait an extra cycle for it.
• Minimum payout of ₱300. If your approved balance is under ₱300, it rolls to the next month — except at the end of each quarter, when we pay out any remaining balance regardless of the minimum, so nothing sits forever.
• Where it goes.Payouts are sent to the GCash, Maya, or bank account on file. Keep your details valid and current — if they're missing or wrong, your balance simply waits until they're fixed.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Clawbacks

• First-month refund (Sulit o Sauli).If your referral refunds their first payment within 30 days, no commission is due for that month — it never gets confirmed. You simply don't earn on a sale that didn't stick.
• Later months are yours.Months beyond the first are non-refundable, so once you've earned commission on them, you keep it.
• Chargebacks.In the rare case a commission is paid and later reversed (for example, a card chargeback), we deduct that amount from your next payout. If there's no future balance to deduct from, we may write it off — we won't chase you for small amounts.
• Cancellations. If a referral cancels their subscription, your recurring commission for that customer simply stops going forward. You keep everything already confirmed.

7. Taxes

Commissions are income, and income is taxable.

• Withholding. Where the law requires it, we may withhold creditable withholding tax from your payouts and provide the matching documentation (such as BIR Form 2307). In that case, commissions are quoted gross and the required tax is deducted before payout.
• Your obligations.You're responsible for declaring and paying your own taxes on what you earn. We recommend keeping your own records and checking with your accountant.

8. Promoting Norg the Right Way

Please do

• Use the assets we provide, or create honest content in your own voice.
• Tell people what's true: the 14-day free trial, the real features, the real benefits.

Please don't

• Spam. No unsolicited bulk messages, comment spam, or anything that would embarrass a fellow seller.
• Mislead.No false or exaggerated claims about Norg, and no promising specific income or results we haven't stated.
• Impersonate.Don't pose as Hello Norg or an official Norg account, or imply we endorse claims we haven't made.
• Bid on our brand.Don't run paid search ads on “Hello Norg” or close variants — that traffic is already ours.
• Break platform rules. Follow the rules of wherever you post (Meta, TikTok, and so on).

We may reverse commissions and remove partners who break these rules.

9. The Inner Circle

• What it is. Our highest tier — 40% recurring for the lifetime of every referral.
• How you get in. By invitation, at our discretion — typically partners who refer consistently and represent the brand well, plus founding believers and close partners.
• Not guaranteed.It can't be bought or demanded, and membership can be adjusted or withdrawn if these terms are breached.

10. Changes, Suspension & Leaving

• Updates.We may update these terms as the program grows. We'll give partners reasonable notice of material changes, and changes won't retroactively cancel commissions you've already earned.
• Suspension. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or repeated breaches, and forfeit commissions tied to fraudulent activity.
• Leaving.You can leave the program anytime. If you do, we'll pay out any commissions that are already approved.
